Registration Fees

 
The conference fees include

• the conference material
• a copy of the special NIM volume containing the proceedings of the conference  (not included in the case of reduced-fee participation)
  
• participation in the welcome reception
  
• conference excursion
  
• coffee breaks and light lunch during the conference
  

Reduced-fee participation was introduced in order to enable students as well as unemployed and retired scientists to attend the conference.

The companions' fee includes participation in the social as well as in a special cultural program (please check the corresponding site entries).

The Online Conference Registration is via a secure environment, verified by thawte. However, should you not wish to send your personal data online you may download the pdf file and send all details by fax to +30 210 9649407.

Otherwise, go to the Accommodation & Registration Form to submit the combined registration and accomodation form by clicking on the 'Book Now' button in the hotel of your choice.

Note: Upon receiving of your payment, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you at the attested e-mail address within the next 2 working days to confirm your hotel booking and/or conference registration.
